Give the site address, road, nearest town, suburb or postcode. A map pin can help explain a remote location. Tell Clive whether the vehicle or machine is beside a road, in a yard, on a farm or at a worksite, and describe any access restrictions.

Describe the equipment and symptoms

Vehicle or machine make, model and identifying details.
What happened before it stopped or the warning appeared.
Warning messages, noises, leaks or loss of drive.
Any attached equipment, trailer or site access requirements.
Your current location and a contact number.

Clive will discuss availability and whether field service is suitable. Attendance, timing and travel arrangements are confirmed directly.

Establish a suitable repair arrangement

The fault, safe access, equipment and parts requirements affect where work can be performed. Some jobs may require a workshop assessment, component removal or another arrangement. Calling first helps establish a practical next step.
